Reservations

As the number of participants in the dolphin and shark programs is limited and due to the overwhelming popularity of all programs, we strongly recommend you make advance reservations as early as possible to ensure that you secure your space of choice. To facilitate bookings we have added an Online Reservations Request page where you may request a booking immediately. A reservations agent will then get back to you with the closest available date and time. Payment is needed to confirm all program spaces.

What to Bring

Carry towels and extra money snacks, souvenirs, video's and pictures of your dolphin or shark program. Cameras or video cams are allowed at "Dolphin Cove at Treasure Reef", but not in the dolphin area or while participating in a Dolphin programs as this distracts the dolphins as they want to splash and play with your camera. Video or photos of your dolphin experience are developed by our on-site video/photo lab. The video also includes a preview of beautiful Jamaica. Our professional photographers take great pictures which are sold from the video/photo pavilion.

What NOT to bring

All jewellery, especially rings and bracelets should be left behind because these can scratch or hurt the dolphins.

Although you may carry sunscreen lotion, we ask that you refrain from using it BEFORE swimming or touching the dolphins, for their safety.

Transportation

Transportation is not included in our tour rates, but can be arranged at an additional quoted cost once we have been notified where you are staying while on the island.

Payment

We accept payment in Cash (U.S., Sterling, Canadian or Jamaican Currency), Traveler’s cheques or Major Credit Cards.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

•	24 hours (1 day) prior to the time or day of the confirmed reservation – no refund.
•	48 hours (2 days) prior to the time of the confirmed reservation a fee of US$50.00 per person will be charged.
•	96 hours (4 days) prior to the time of the confirmed reservation a fee of US$25.00 per person will be charged.
•	120 hours (5 days) prior to the time of the confirmed reservation – full refund.
All your guests must be informed of our policy, as the above cancellation fees will be enforced.

Gift Shop

Dolphin Cove at Treasure Reef is known for shopping, hand crafted carvings, souvenirs, jewellery and a wide variety of Pirate "Loot" and T-Shirts.

Meals

You can enjoy a fantastic Jamaican Buffet Lunch which features zesty jerk dishes and other exotic delights native to our island, while overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the lush tropical foliage from the cliffs above.

Beach Grill

There is also a Beach Grill where you may enjoy lunch, including jerk chicken, hamburgers, hotdogs, French fries, mozzarella sticks, drinks or other delicious snacks.

Bar

Licensed Full Bar where you can enjoy an authentic Red Stripe, Fruit Juices, Sodas and our signature Cove frozen cocktails.

Safety

For your safety and the safety of the dolphins, the swim programs are structured by professional marine mammal trainers who direct both dolphins and participants during the session. Please follow their instructions at ALL times!

In the unlikely event of bad weather, dolphin and shark programs may be cancelled. In such a case, you may choose to change to another date or receive a full refund.

Schedule / Time Slots
•	Dolphin and Shark Programs are daily:
•	Shark Programs run 4 times a day
•	Dolphin Programs run up to 8 times daily.
•	Participants in dolphin programs must be present at least half an hour prior to program time.
